Sparkle is free to use — whichever plan you choose — while you're still paying for your other system. We know that extra budget can't be produced out of thin air. Although we miss out in the short term, we believe in long term relationships with our customers. In the end, everybody wins.

We invoice you monthly or yearly – whichever you prefer.
You can pay by bank transfer (UK/EU) or credit card (US).
Prices exclude VAT for UK customers. No sales tax is payable by customers outside the UK.

The security of your data is our top priority.
Sparkle uses SSL data encryption (the same as online banks) to protect your Sparkle use.
We backup all your data every 15 minutes and store the backups in a secure offsite location. We regularly test restoring Sparkle from backups.
Our servers are hosted in a secure data centre, protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance.
